Originally from Newton Falls, Ohio, Briana has maintained her “Midwest nice” roots. She is a believer in paying it forward and is very involved in the community. Briana is a member of The Matthews Chamber of Commerce, The Union County Chamber of Commerce, and Kiwanis Club of Matthews. She also sponsors and works with nonprofits such the Matthews Athletic Recreational Association (MARA), the Wesley Chapel-Weddington Athletic Association (WCWAA) and The Union County Girls On The Run (GOTR).

Briana graduated from Youngstown State University, received her MBA from West Virginia Wesleyan College, and earned her Doctorate from Marshall University. When she is away from the office, Briana loves spending time with her husband (a self-proclaimed car enthusiast), her two children, and their rescue dog named Otto. The weekends are typically spent at car shows, or on the sideline of a soccer field or basketball court. In her spare time, Briana wishes she had more spare time.
