"State Farm is a total rip-off! You will find out when they deny your claim after you've paid their premiums for 50 years. After a terrible hailstorm, all of my neighbors were getting roof replacements. State Farm denied mine. I even had the agent Briana Cicero-Johns come to my neighborhood and I showed her all of the homes around mine that were getting roofs replaced. State Farm still denied my claim. If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would."
